Supervise and mentor a dynamic team of case managers who strive to deliver quality services to our Foster Care families.
Implement a plan to grow the program and provide services to our community in collaboration with the Community Program Manager.

Participate in ongoing training and provide opportunities for Foster Parents to remain current and informed of new guidelines and regulations.
As a Program Supervisor in Foster Care, you will oversee a team a case coordinators to ensure services are delivered promptly and timely to respective agencies and foster care families. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to, providing on-going supervision of case coordinators and their assigned caseload, oversee placement of services offered by agencies, assessing appropriate placement's Room, Board and Watchful oversight capacity. Periodic contact with foster families is also required and taking on caseloads, as needed. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for administration duties for the Foster Care program (developing referral sources, attend meetings, trainings, supervision of reports, recruitment/selecting staff, completing quarterly standard of care charts) in addition to actively documenting and reporting as required. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for attending ongoing training, as required, in addition to training case coordinators.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral/social science or in a human services related field required. Master's degree and licensure (MSW, LMSW, LCSW) preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in childcare treatment or child welfare required; and a minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity required. Experience providing clinical and/or case management services to children and families. Familiarity with RBWO Foundations Training, SAFE training and GA SCORE are preferred.
Strong technical skills and comfortable utilizing in-house computer applications for documenting and reporting purposes.
Must possess excellent leadership skills, therapeutic skills, written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
