As a Clinical Manager you will :

  • Grow your leadership skills and contribute to a talented team of clinicians.

  • Provide clinical services to individuals in assigned programs, and coordinates clinical services with staff.

  • Coordinate Behavioral Treatment Programs and provide clinical supervision to therapists and practicum students.

  • Assist the Clinical Director in coordinating clinical programs for the Center.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field, required. Clinical Supervisor Certification and credentials required (NASWGA, CPCS or ACS)

Experience : A minimum of three (3) years post-licensure experience in clinical program setting, preferably working with youth or adolescents. At least 2 years of direct experience supervising Masters level clinicians. At least one (1) year working in a residential treatment center, inpatient treatment facility, or with a multi-disciplinary team preferred.
