Oversees and coordinates the development and implementation of residential, day programs and new services.
Ensures the delivery of effective, therapeutic, safe, and ethical treatment for all individuals.
Provides leadership, planning, and direction for assigned programs and promotes staff development.
Represents Devereux with families, community providers, and funding agencies
Develops and monitors program budgets
Designs and implements monitoring tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the effective treatment for all individuals.
