Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. Nestled near the beaches between the Pacific Coast and Santa Ynez mountains, Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential and community living, clinical, and a vocational services for adults with multiple diagnoses, including intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other cognitive disorders.

Located primarily in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities located throughout Santa Barbara county. This includes mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, weed abatement, minor repairs, and maintaining equipment.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, plants and weed elimination

• Maintain/repair irrigation systems

• Trash removal

• Minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs

• Supports the Disaster Response and Quality Management teams

• Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary

• Requires frequent travel to our facilities located in Goleta, Santa Barbara, and Lompoc, CA

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED. CDL and clean driving record required.Minimum 2 years’ experience performing maintenance and repairs.
