Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for reducing problem behaviors while teaching functionally equivalent replacement behaviors. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Interventionist works directly with clients with behavioral challenges and provides staff training to support generalization throughout the day. The interventionist will implement the behavior plans of each individual and support with conducting assessments and D-PBIS.

To thrive in this role , you must have a Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field of study such as social work, human services, education, with Twelve (12) semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience. Or a Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field of study such as social work, human services, education, with two years of experience designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
