Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for working collaboratively with center leadership to ensure that clinical services at the center are implemented in accordance with established internal and external clinical procedures and are performed in compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing agencies.

Education : Master's degree or PhD/PsyD in a behavioral health care field. Licensed in the state of California as Licensed Marriage and family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist or be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Experience : 2 years of experience in Private Practice and / or Behavioral Health environment providing clinical services, supervising services and/or coordinating clinical services. Requires experience with individuals with, mental health and/or Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other developmental disorders. Relevant clinical competence must be evidenced by direct care experience, continuing education units and letters of reference attesting to these specific skills
