Deveruex Children's Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking a Weekend Program Supervisor for the Brook Program, which will be located in the Brandywine Campus in Glenmoore, PA. This program provides services to males, ages 13-18 years of age, with an array of mental health, emotional and behavioral disorders. The Schedule for this role is every Saturday and Sunday 7am-11pm and Monday 3pm-11pm

This is a weekend supervisory level position that has a schedule of weekends and 1 weekday shift a week.
Devereux Brandywine Programs provides psychiatric residential treatment and education services for adolescent males who experience behavioral and psychiatric challenges, often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments.
Located in Glenmoore, PA this position is responsible to plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients. Assists in providing supervision of clients in program activities and leisure time, on and off facility grounds. Maintains a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program clients. Provides leadership, guidance and support to staff in assigned program.

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credits hours in a human services discipline to include but not limited to psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, heath, recreation, criminal justice, counseling; and a minimum of two years direct care experience; OR 60 college credits from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline (as described above), and three years direct care experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques – upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches (S&PA) techniques.
