The Quality Improvement Coordinator works closely with other members of the program administration team to ensure quality improvements and outcome measures. The coordinator maintains up-to-date knowledge and participates in staff trainings and meetings to ensure compliance with Devereux policies and CBHS procedures, all federal, state, and local regulations and laws, as well as all licensing and accreditation regulations. Responsible for quality management includes data analysis, reporting, and coordination of team activities.

The coordinator will oversee Devereux's Community Based Programs as well as Deverex's Pennsylvania Children’s Behavioral Health Center (DCBHC)-the only free standing children’s psychiatric hospital in Chester County, Pa.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Experience and skill demonstration can be considered in lieu of formal degree. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
