Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s Brandywine office provides programs and services for children and adolescents with a range of disabilities- from physical to developmental, psychiatric and behavioral issues. Located in Glenmoore, PA, this position is responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors and various administrative tasks including but not limited to maintaining records; preparing documents, responding to routine requests, and other duties as assigned.
Devereux PA Children's Behavioral Health Services operates several locations throughout Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Our innovative services specialize in the treatment of children, teenagers, and young adults with emotional and psychological challenges ages 4 to 21. We offer a contemporary continuum of mental health care including an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital, Residential Treatment Facilities and an Approved Private School. The Brandywine Program embraces a Sanctuary Model of Care to promote recovery from trauma and resilience among the children, adolescents, adults and families it serves. The Brandywine Program places an emphasis on employing best practices associated with trauma-sensitive care by embracing Seven Commitments or Principles: Non-Violence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Learning, Shared Governance, Open Communication, Social Responsibility and Growth & Change.

High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Experience in a Behavioral Healthcare setting preferred
Experience in an administrative role required (clerical/secretary/receptionist)
Must have excellent customer service skills, strong computers skills and ability to multi-task
Physical Requirements: Moderate and frequent amounts of walking, sitting, bending, and standing. Frequent use of office equipment. Normal hearing (or corrected to normal). Routine light lifting of 25 lbs. or less.
