Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides therapeutic services to youth and families in the Family Care program. Based in Fort Myers, this position is responsible for the development of individualized master treatment plans, providing individual, family counseling, completing required clinical documentation, and working within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.

Education and Licensure:
Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required
Two years' experience working directly with children and families.
Must be able to complete a three day new hire orientation class (Monday - Wednesday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
Must be available to work on call and a Rotating Schedule
Valid FL State Issued Driver's license
Must be able to attend a 3 day orientation (Mondau-Wednesday from 9am-5pm)
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen, TB Test and Influenza Vaccine
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
