Children’s Behavioral Health Services (Glenmoore) - $15.25-$16.82/hr (based on experience). $0.25 Evening shift differential, $0.50 Overnight shift differential. Plus Sign-On bonus!

Children’s Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Services (West Chester) - $15.25-$17.67/hr (based on education/experience). $1/hr Evening shift differential. Plus Sign-On bonus!
Sign On Bonus= $1,000 and up to $2,000*
New hires will receive a sign on bonus of $1,000 which will be paid out over their first 6 months of employment. $350 upon hire + $350 at the completion of 90 days + $300 at the completion of 180 days
*An additional $1,000 can be earned by completing the following requirements within 5 business days of accepting a job offer. FBI clearance receipt, child abuse clearance receipt, health physical, Mantoux test results, proof of education, and all other post-offer documents
Available Shifts: Full-time, part-time and on-call. Days 7am-3pm,Evenings 3pm-11pm, Overnights 11pm-7am, Weekends (varied shifts).
Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) in Glenmoore focuses its efforts on intensive services for at-risk children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences.
Our Children’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (CIDDS) center in West Chester serves children, adolescents and young adults – from birth to age 21 – with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral and emotional disorders.

Children’s Behavioral Health Services (Glenmoore) – Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of human services experience OR HS diploma/GED with 12 credits towards human services AND 2 years relevant experience. Must be at least 21 years of age (per licensing regulations)
Children’s Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Services (West Chester) – HS diploma/GED, preferred experience working with children. Must be at least 21 years of age (per licensing regulations) and have a valid driver’s license.
*Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
