Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides emotional and behavioral health programs and services for individuals and families. Based out of Deland, FL and covering cases throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties, this position is responsible for travelling out into the community to collaborate with schools, communities, CBC's, and DCF for referrals who are in need of therapeutic services with an interactive approach, then conducts sessions and participates in the development of the individualized master treatment plan, providing individual, family and group counseling, and completing required clinical documentation. The position also works within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.
This role is required to have to no less than $3,100 of billable services each 2-week billing period (the billing week coincides with the Devereux standard workweek - Sunday through Saturday). Incentives may be earned for services provided above the standard billable hours.

Education and Licensure:
Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required OR must have related major that has at least four of the following thirteen content areas: human growth and development, diagnosis and treatment of psychopathology, human sexuality, counseling theories and techniques, group theories and practice, dynamics of marriage and family systems, individual evaluation and assessment, career and lifestyle assessment, research and program evaluation, personality theories, social and cultural foundations, counseling in community settings, or substance abuse.
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida a plus but is not required.
