Devereux Florida provides services for children and families in the child welfare system. Based out of Deland, FL, this position is responsible for the initial licensure and re-licensure of foster homes. It regularly visits foster homes and provides training and support to foster parents, as well as works with lead agency licensing staff as needed, and may assist with the recruitment of foster homes. This position requires a great deal of documenting; therefore candidates should have strong written communication skills as well as be very detail oriented.

2+ years of experience working with foster families preferred
Prior child welfare experience preferred
Certified Child Welfare Case Manager (CWCM ) or Certified Child Welfare Licensing Counselor (CWLC) required
Valid Florida Driver's License
