The Fleet Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Facilities. This is a hybrid position.

Salary: $45,000-$47,000

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

  • Oversight and Management of Devereux New Jersey's current fleet size of 156 vehicles.

  • Primary contact for Devereux New Jersey's fleet management company to include:

  • Fleet maintenance service process for the 156 vehicles.

  • Fleet telemetrics of our GPS services and alert systems.

  • Annual Vehicle re-registration

  • Meetings, daily communication, issue resolution, system updates, etc.

  • Purchasing new vehicles when required and needed.

  • Outfitting Vehicles with proper safety equipment, Fire extinguishers, safety equipment, road hazard equipment.

  • Manage all aspects with the Department of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Department to include titles, plates and renewals.

  • Maintaining a key management system.

  • Management of all vehicles insurance cards.

  • Management with insurance company to ensure procedures are followed for all auto accidents.

  • National Collaboration on all accident management.

  • Communication with finance on asset assignment.

  • Oversight of the GPS system in all of our vehicles.

  • Oversight of the fleet telemetrics systems.

You'd make a great Fleet Coordinator if you have:

  • High School Diploma/GED, Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field preferred.

  • A minimum of two years of fleet management experience.

  • Knowledge of NJDMV laws and regulations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and with a team with accuracy.

  • Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness and interest in being a team player.

  • Strong customer service.
