The People Operations Support position will be responsible for assisting our People Operations/Human Resources Department with general office duties including: data entry, background screenings, new hire orientations.

Schedule for this position is: Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community. As an assistant program supervisor you will be part of ratio and will assist with supervising the operation of the assigned residential facility to ensure provision of quality services in accordance with Devereux policies and Center procedures.

Qualifications

Associates degree and two (2) years specialized administrative support training, preferably in Human Resources OR comparable years of paid experience in the capacity of Administrative Assistant, Representative, Coordinator, or other Human Resources position with similar responsibilities. Bachelors in Human Resources or related field, preferred.

2 years of HR experience

Be at least 21 years of age

Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
