Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community. As a Human Resources Assistant you will assist the HR department with various compliance, credentialling, new employee and pre-employment functions. Provide administrative and technical support in all phases of Human Resources and Learning Department operations, including: center-wide regulatory compliance, recruitment, retention, while providing basic clerical support.

Requirements

Associates degree and two (2) years specialized administrative support training, preferably in Human Resources OR comparable years of paid experience in the capacity of Administrative Assistant, Representative, Coordinator, or other Human Resources position with similar responsibilities. Bachelors in Human Resources or related field, preferred.

2 years of HR experience

Be at least 21 years of age

Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
