Behavior Analyst wanted to provide supports to adult individuals living in Berwyn and/or surrounding residences located in Delaware and Chester counties in PA. Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and knowledge of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism is required. Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments is necessary. Responsibilities include: independently conducting functional behavior assessments, adaptive behavior assessments as well as risk, consent and other identified assessments. Formulates assessment data into relevant functional hypotheses. Develops positive behavior support plans based on FBA assessment results. Coordinates data collection and summarizes data into graphed format. Conducts on-site direct observations on a regular basis and has well developed performance based feedback skills that supports the team process. Conducts staff training and provides behavioral consultation. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports and provides coaching and training to staff, supervisors and other program personnel. The Behavior Analyst functions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additional opportunities to work on special projects and research are available.

Degree Requirements: Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related CLINICAL field

Experience:Must have strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer skills required.

Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years of age.
