Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides programs and services for adults with various disabilities.
This position is responsible for helping individuals achieve their employment goals by assisting in job seeking, obtaining and maintaining employment. In this role, you will also interact with employers as you help individuals apply and interview for community jobs, as well as provide support and job coaching once employment is obtained.
This role will help support clients in Weld & Larimer county and involves the majority of time out in the community traveling to various worksites and locations and interacting with clients. Schedule varies based on client needs and coach caseloads.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Services field.
One year experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
Must be 21 years of age
Must possess a CO driver’s license and clean driving history
