Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Colorado provides community based services for individuals with difficulties including mental health issues, behavioral issues, complex trauma, abuse and neglect, court involvement, social difficulties, educational problems, medical problems, etc. This position is responsible for clinical assessments, providing crisis intervention services, individual therapy, family therapy, and care coordination for children, adolescents, adults, and families, and will help support the Denver & Westminster offices and the surrounding communities. This position will be both providing direct services to clients, while also growing into a supervisory position over time (providing individual, group, and administrative supervision of other community clinicians working towards their full licensure). Program development and quality improvement process development will also likely be roles within this growing position.

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
Must have Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or expect to be fully licensed with 3 months
Experience in community based services highly preferred
Experience working with children and adolescents, as well as providing family therapy, highly preferred
Trauma-informed clinicians highly preferred
Experience working with commercially sexually exploited youth preferred (lets omit this line- not as preferred these days)
Valid driver's license
