As a Housing Coordinator, you will Inspire Hope and Empower Lives by:
Qualifying and administering DHS rental subsidies to individuals served by NJ DD and processing annual re-certifications.
You will assemble, review and process income information for each individual served and calculate voucher subsidy and contribution of care due.
Prepare all lease renewals and rental subsidy forms and conduct consultation for new families and staff.
Acts as primary liaison between the state funder, consumer, guardian or payer to ensure rent is collected timely.

Working knowledge and skill in the application of state affordable housing and voucher program principles, practices, methods and techniques
High degree of proficiency with Excel, Word, and database systems
