Calling all Behavioral Health Program Directors!! We are looking for an exceptional, experienced individual, to manage our STARR program in the Webster area.
Responsible for the daily operation, quality, integrity, shift scheduling and financial success of community based latency aged STARR program.
Provides direction/supervision to a variety of direct care staff/supervisory staff to ensure best practice guidelines are being followed.
Responsible for the effective upkeep of the program site and adherence to state licensing requirements.
Participates in the on call rotation
Works in conjunction with the program clinical team to ensure effective and meaningful youth programming and integrity to program models.
Actively participates as member of the STARR management team in ongoing program development projects and program discussion/review.

Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Five years of increasing supervisory responsibility and experience in a child welfare, behavioral health or social service setting.
Expereince with Short term assessment programs preferred.
