Devereux’s Center for Resilient Children (DCRC), located in Villanova, PA, seeks applicants for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This position will oversee existing communication strategies and develop new strategies that support the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities include optimizing the use of technology to support customer communication, increase sales, and support team communication; overseeing website and social media activities; designing marketing materials; providing customer support through phone and email communications; and coordinating the delivery of professional development events.

The Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Implement effective communication and marketing strategies to support and retain existing customers as well as reach new potential customers;

  • Update website and oversee social media activities;

  • Design marketing materials, including web and print communications;

  • Provide customer service for all customers of the web-based assessment system;

  • Coordinate professional development events for department;

  • Support the customer billing process and track monthly expenses and revenues.
