is seeking a
Compliance and Risk Management
to be a vital part of our Compliance and Risk Management Team, working heavily in compliance and risk management. This position works directly with our C & RM Director to streamline processes, maintain compliance within the organization, and gather information for investigations and incident reports. You will follow-up with necessary parties to gather and confirm all information, reporting and entering that data to measure trends and restraints. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of inside and outside the organization.**

Strong computer and organizational skills are key - we're looking for a candidate who is detail oriented. Data collection and analysis for program/system quality improvement is a MUST. Knowledge of auditing, compliance, surveying, and interpreting licensure regulations are required. Someone who demonstrates the ability to establish systems and measures to ensure a safe environment, identify risk to applicable customers and take appropriate interventions. This individual will be responsible for responding to emergency situations and implementing appropriate procedures; demonstrates the ability to investigate, intervene and resolve complaints as well as seek appropriate resources to solve problems.**
Position is Monday through Friday business hours, may include evenings, weekends, and travel throughout Pima and Maricopa counties.

The accomplished individual will possess:
Bachelors degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration or Social Services field. Masters degree preferred.
2 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, required. With a master's degree, 1 year of experience required.
Must possess knowledge of Quality Management activities and be familiar with relevant regulations.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of information systmes, database management, and processes for data collection and analysis.
Ability to anticipate problems and formulate resolutions.
Experience with DYFS and Office of Licensing preferred, Knowledge of DDD regulations and licensing standards preferred.
