for our Respite Program. The Clinical Coordinator will provide leadership, support and clinical oversight to the Respite Services program.

What are some of the key responsibilities for our

Respite Clinical Coordinator ?

  • Works with professional and administrative staff to provide clinical support and leadership to the Respite program.

  • Reviews all referral packets, admissions, service planning, monthly summaries for funding agencies, to ensure clients within Respire are appropriate for the program therapeutic interventions.

  • Serves as the program’s liaison to the RBHA, external agencies, and other referral sources regarding programs and activities of Devereux.

  • Attends to the program audits and reviews.

  • Assists the Program Manager in working with professional staff to provide the necessary clinical support. Will participate in CFT's as needed.

  • Assists Program Manager in the day to day clinical administration of the Respite Program. Provides the clinical oversight and supervision of program staff.

  • Attends both internal and external meetings and provides measurable viable and clinical outcomes for the Respite program.

  • Collaborates with Program Manager and Direct Care Professionals to maintain a therapeutic environment.

  • Works with professional and administrative staff regarding overall treatment and clinical matters/needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other related field.

  • Maintains applicable Arizona license and/or certification (LAC, LPC,LCSW, LMSW).

  • One (1) year of Supervisory experience.

  • One (1) year of work experience in outpatient mental health service delivery.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Valid Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Bilingual preferred
