is currently looking to fill our

Campus Support

role. Based out of our Scottsdale location, Campus Support will supervise the operational functions while attending to the campus needs and shift activities of the Residential Treatment Center to ensure a therapeutic and safe environment.**

What are

some

of the key responsibilities for our

Campus Support ?

  • Reviews restraint and incident reports for accuracy. Contacts outside agencies as a Devereux Representative concerning ESI / IR’s.

  • Serves as the primary operational support for the shift assigned.

  • Oversees the care, safety, security, and welfare of all children and staff.

  • Displays clear and professional boundaries and can resolve conflict constructively, and directly.

  • Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment in which the treatment plans are carried out.

  • Supports DCP’s in residential program activities, facilitating communication among residential, educational, recreational, medical, and clinical staff and other service areas such as medicine, nursing, and ancillaries.

  • Assists in on boarding and ongoing training of DCP’s.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of the level system and understanding of Positive Behavioral Intervention Support.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of program components, contractual responsibilities, regulation of licensure mandates, accreditation standards of Joint Commission, NCA, DOE, BMFL, DES/DCS, and other entities as applicable and ensures staff are adhering to the requirements.

  • Actively participates to reinforce a safe environment and implement changes within scope of responsibility

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Two (2) years of experience with children in a residential treatment setting or similar environment.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Excellent skills in the following areas: Communication both verbal and written, problem solving, time management and critical thinking skills, communication skills to mentor, train and coach Direct Care Professionals.

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results.
