Devereux provides Clinical and Special Educational services to children and adolescents with special emotional, behavioral and educational needs. Devereux is seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician for their campus-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program serving adolescent females who's primary diagnostic features our clientele include symptoms of mood disorders, post traumatic stress, reactive attachment disorder, and borderline personality disorder. The Clinician works closely with the Case Manager and Program Director and provides individual, group and family therapy. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Preference given to those with knowledge of DBT.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work is required.

  • Relevant DBT experience preferred.

  • Experience working with children/adolescents with trauma and mental health issues required.

  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc).
