Devereux is seeking an experienced licensed professional to serve as a Clinical Program Supervisor for our Mental and Behavioral Health Continuum programs, consisting of residential and group home treatment for girls and boys. Training in DBT and familiarity with Motivational Interviewing or relapse prevention for dual diagnosis (substance use / mental health) are required. The Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the clinical services provided in the residential and group home treatment programs, provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians, interns, and training to staff. Additional responsibilities include clinical quality improvement, (e.g. program model fidelity assessments, documentation reviews), pre-admission evaluations, interviewing and hiring of clinical staff, and crisis intervention.

The ideal candidate is a Massachusetts licensed Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC.
