Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Clinical Program Manager-Therapeutic Residential and Special Education Day School in Rutland, Massachusetts

Devereux is seeking a licensed Clinical Program Manager with experience working in special education settings to work in our Day School program. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about clinical services in special education settings, working with families, experienced in providing evidence based treatment, hardworking and looking to work in an environment that nurtures their professional goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, case managers and educational supervisors within the Residential and Special Education Day School.

  • Direct the delivery of integrated clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.

  • Provide direct clinical and/or case management services as necessary.

  • Reports to Director of Clinical Services

Job Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Social Work or Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis.

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst within the state of service or if new state resident must be license eligible and complete licensing requirements within (90) days of first becoming eligible.

  • A minimum of two years of human services experience providing clinical services, supervising services and/or coordinating clinical services.
