Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to provide clinical consultation, support and supervision to several Clinical Supervisors who are responsible for the delivery of care for clients in their assigned programs. Based out of Rutland MA, we provide clinical and educational services to children and adolescents with special emotional, behavioral and educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorders. We provide individualized, strength-based treatment and education within a supportive, multidisciplinary continuum of care.

Doctoral degree required
Massachusetts Licensed Psychologist and clinical supervisory certificate to provide supervision.
At least 2 years of progressively responsible human services experience, providing clinical services, supervising services and/or coordinating clinical services.
Training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-informed Treatment Interventions, and/or Positive Behavioral Supports and Interventions preferred; opportunities for training in these areas available.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent training and supervision skills, and strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform in an ever-changing, fast paced and demanding environment.
Experience with Electronic Health Records is a plus.
