Provide supervision for Masters-level interns and staff working toward licensure.\n- Meet with staff throughout the day as needed for urgent/unscheduled supervision meetings i.e. for crisis situations. Provide crisis support (live and/or telephonically) for clients/families throughout the day.\n- Attend/facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings as needed to support your staff with their assigned clients/families.\n- Attend/participate in psychiatric evaluations and/or medication monitoring appointments as needed to support client/family and the CFT. Coordinate with supervisors, staff, and other agencies as needed to meet the service needs of our clients.\n- Audit client files and provide direction to staff to ensure documentation is up-to-date.\n- Facilitate Group Supervision Meeting 1x weekly.
