is seeking a qualified individual to play a vital role in our Administrative Team! The
Executive Administrative Coordinator
will coordinate operational aspects of assigned departments including, but not limited to, equipment/supplies, software/technology, communications, and information management. Along with serving as the primary administrative support for the Executive Director. This position will be responsible for coordination and oversight of administrative operations and routinely handle confidential information/material concerning Devereux operations.**
This is a Monday - Friday position, business hours. Some evenings/weekends may be required to meet program needs.

Essential Function and Primary Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Serve as liaison between program and external customers.
Must be able to manage an extremely active calendar for the Executive Director.
Will be responsible for scheduling meetings to include but not limited to program meetings and board meetings. Maintains schedules for equipment maintenance, and desk coverage.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills. Provides an excellent level of attention to detail.
Serves as a liaison to the business office for other departments.
Can exercise good judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Must practice strong written and oral communication skills.
Superior customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate good judgment at all times and especially when pertaining to handling highly confidential information.
Ability to assist in various meetings by taking minutes accurately.
Provide supervision and mentoring to an Administrative Specialist.

High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher in a business field preferred.**
Five (5) years of experience demonstrating a broad-based skill set with office coordination and operations.**
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Valid driver's license
Must possess AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or ability to get one prior to hire)
