What are some of the key responsibilities for our In-Home Services Clinical Coordinator?
Supervises Family Support Counselors, Family Support Specialists, and interns in the planning and implementation of the program.
Works in collaboration with Department of Child Safety; attends CFT’s, TDM’s and assesses child safety.
Oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the In-Home Services Program.
Participates in program quality planning and monitoring representing the agency, AzPaC, and the program.
Works with staff to provide the necessary assessment and appropriate interventions. Knowledge and understanding of Family Systems Theory, family dynamics, shared parenting and the treatment philosophies of family based services.
Ensures that services are in accordance with best practice and follow a Family Centered Model.
Receives referrals, ensures appropriate documentation is present, and assigns in a timely manner.
Interviews and participates in the hiring of new staff members and ensures they are trained and equipped to provide quality services.
Participates in Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Ensures services are provided in a culturally appropriate manner.
Monitors outcomes and timelines to ensure services are being provided according to contract.
Coordinates site monitoring visits.
Provides individual conferences and/or group supervision, including programmatic and clinical oversight, with each assigned direct services staff member to provide direction, support, and feedback.
Conducts performance evaluation with each assigned staff member per policy of the agency.
Accompanies staff members to home visits to provide feedback and clinical supervision
Leads regular file reviews. Prepares and submits regular reports as required by DCS, AzPaC, and agency.

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other related field
Two (2) year’s work experience in a Clinical setting
Knowledge of the behavioral health system and how to help clients access resources/services preferred
Knowledge of the child welfare system, and knowledge of assessing child safety preferred
Two (2) year’s of supervisory experience
Availability during weekends and evenings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed
Current, valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance card with no restrictions
