to be a part of our team! This position provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families under the Arizona 12 Principles and in conjunction with the Child and Family Team Model. We work with families and youths in-home, providing services during the work week and on weekends. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth to be a positive role model and impact on our families!
Pay rate is a flat $15.00 per hour PLUS mileage reimbursement.
Schedules are Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday

What are some of the key responsibilities of a
Providing continual in-home direct services for at-risk youth and families. Identifies youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process.
Teaching a variety of skills (living, social, self-care, household management, etc.) to children adolescents, parents, and care-givers.
Ability to apply appropriate physical intervention (Safe and Positive Approaches) techniques to manage resistance for clients presenting as a danger to self or others.
Identifying, connecting, and integrating families in to a variety of community resources and outlets that build off individual and family strengths. Transporting youth(s) to and from various appointments and activities as needed.
Actively participate in the Quality Assurance Plan of Youth and Families First by identifying, notifying and participating in determining and implementing resolutions. Assures that problems are addressed by the appropriate personnel AND that standards are met and that quality is obtained and maintained.
Work cohesively with families and co-workers and follow HIPPA and Confidentiality standards

High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred.
Previous experience as a behavior coach highly preferred
Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
Experience working in the behavioral health field
Must possess (or have the ability to obtain) a AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance card with NO restrictions
Must be able to pass 39-month DMV check
