Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents with autism. Located in Palm Bay, FL, this position is responsible for delivering individualized treatment to clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral issues.

Requirements

  1. Must be able to complete a two week new (Monday - Friday) hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day

2.

Education:

  1. High school diploma and 1 year of experience working in a medical, psychiatric, nursing or child care setting or in working with persons who have a developmental disability

required

Or

College, vocational or technical training equal to 30 semester hours

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work and experience in the field is

preferred

  1. Volunteer work may substitute for experience

  2. Valid driver's license
