* Obtain and monitor weekly reports from subcontracted providers
* Maintain information regarding the environment of current services to ensure flexible, responsive, culturally competent service delivery system

* Access 3rdparty and community resources and ensure inclusion in care planning
* Provide ongoing quality assurance to the service delivery system
* Attend monthly provider meetings and quarterly reviews

* Consults, trains, and mentors clinical and program staff across disciplines, modalities, and settings.

* Maintains compliance with JCAHO and all Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.
* Influences and supports staff to achieve the optimum balance between service quality and consistency and the effective utilization of resources.
* Assists in the development of an annual operational plan for delivery of services throughout the network.
* Provides "on call" services or other direct care services as needed on an emergency basis.
* 
Represents Devereux with community physicians, hospital staff, and other professional and client advocacy groups in a positive and professional manner.

Document client progress, provide for the safety and well being for clients, lead activities and ensure basic needs are provided.
