The Information Systems Support position will allow you to find purpose and give you room to grow in the largest not-for-profit provider of services to children and families in Florida.
As a Information Systems Support your responsibilities include:
Provides technical support onsite and remotely to resolve technical hardware, equipment network problems, end user problems with applications, connectivity issues, and system services in response to requests from employees, departments and Programs.
Evaluates, diagnoses, and repairs various computers and applications. Competent in obtaining appropriate utilities and diagnostic skills to aid in the efficient repair of Devereux owned computers and applications.
Install, move, configure, set up, repair and replace phone handsets and video conferencing equipment, application, and usage. Trains users on these equipment as needed.
Uses the telephone and messaging system to take and retrieve calls for the Help Desk.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage interruptions and adjust work accordingly.
Able to conduct web-based, in-person, group and one-on-one technical trainings using appropriate tools and services to enhance end user technical understanding and skills.
Learns, implements, services and supports new equipment, systems, applications and technologies in a team environment, working with Users from all departments, Programs, job roles and Vendors to accomplish technical goals in a timely manner.

Technical certifications will be considered.
Solid experience imaging laptops and PC's.
Help Desk and PC troubleshooting experience.
At least 2 years’ experience in computer science field.
Advanced use with Microsoft Office Suite 2013, 365, Lync, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Hands on skills with iPad, iPhone, Macs, PC’s and laptops required.
Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills.
Requires an ability to be adaptable, flexible, and change activities quickly according to business needs.
