As a Full-time Lead Therapist, you will Inspire hope and Empower lives by:
Clinically supervising and evaluating assigned clinical staff while completing staff assessments
Participate in treatment team and management teams of center
Provide clinical consultation and training to the programs
Participate in the implementation of D-PBIS in the programs
Participate in the development and implementation of the specialty bed program description
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement program as defined by Center procedures
Provide clinical consultation and training in the programs
In conjunction with the State Clinical Director, ensures compliance with the standards and practice of clinical treatment in the programs
Partner with Operations team to ensure staff compliance with standards and practice
Work in conjunction with the clinical leadership team to improve outcomes for the individuals and the program

The accomplished individual will possess:
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling OR Doctorate degree in Psychology.
Must have clinical and supervisory certificate to provide supervision
Must be licensed in the State of New Jersey; LCSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist
2-3 Years of progressively responsible human services experience providing clinical services
One year of experience in the treatment of offending behaviors required
Training and experience in sexual offense Relapse Prevention.
Forensic Psychology background a plus.
A background in the treatment of individuals with sexual offending behaviors.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform in an ever-changing, fast paced and demanding environment.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
