* Utilize Positive Approaches

Therapist Responsibilities include:
* Provide therapeutic services in homes
* Provide therapeutic services with an interactive approach
* Work closely with other team members in the treatment plan
* Ensure coordination of services is taken to meet the client needs
* Document therapeutic interventions in the client?s records in a timely manner
* Be a role model for all staff and clients
* Recommend and or revise treatment interventions
* Monitor progress
* Coordinate appropriate discharge planning
