This PT Therapist position provides what we call a "wrap" of services as we believe that the more services and care we provide to an individual, the better their outcome and success. Our children and adolescents who are placed in a therapeutic foster care environment range in severity of mental illness issues and behavioral issues.
PartTimeTherapist responsibilitieswill provide individual counseling sessions and family counseling in home:
* Will be expected to do a certain number of hours per week in office doing staff meetings
* Supervision w/ Clinical Supervisor and planning
* Will do and provide all documentation after counseling sessions and turn intoProgramManager intimely fashion
* Assist in the case management of client upon program exit
