Serves as mentor for new staff during their orientation period as well as assisting in the further skills development of co-workers to include those in disciplinary status.\n8.      Serves as the lead for the evening activities program. Assists in the development and implementation of clubs and/or special activities. Takes primary lead of at least one activity/club (e.g., intramurals, canteen, hobbies, etc.).  Organizes and runs community meetings.\n9.      Serves on the unit/program safety and risk management team. Focuses on hazard surveillance. Completes weekly safety checks and monthly fire drills.\n10.
