The Direct support Professional:
Will implement the daily operation of the assigned residence.
Will implement ISP/IEP /Treatment Team goal methodologies and data collection.
Will maintain mandated OPW/DD medication certification and will dispense medication as Assigned.
Will be prepared for and attend ITP and Treatment Team meetings.
Will ensure implementation of Treatment Team procedure.
Will act as shift leader in the absence of the RM/ARM
Will be required to maintain van certification.
This includes: participating in defensive driver classroomtraining, passing a written test, passing2road
tests andupdating a driver's abstracteverytwoyears
Will complete recreational lesson plans as required.
Willberesponsible for student / resident safety and supervision as well as ensuring student / resident
rights.
Will complete monthly tracking on community intergration.
Willensures all required documentation is completed, which includes, but is not limited to, daily logs, behavior incident reports, staff communication logs.
