will oversee individuals with a diagnosis of autism and/or intellectual disability, and partner with these individuals to facilitate daily care, enhance personal development, foster self-esteem, and meet or exceed individualized goals for success. Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative
Have a strong passion for working with and helping adolescents/adults with special needs
Must be 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
