Devereux Adult Services is seeking a Behavior Analyst Coordinator with the following job summary:
The Behavior Analyst Coordinator will work with the Program Manager in the design, development and implementation and monitoring Devereux's Adult Pre-Vocational Program.
Application of applied behavior analysis and best practice interventions for instructional programs designed to increase work skills, community participation and daily living activities.
Program oversite and supervision of the instructional activities for both on-site and community settings.
Conducting direct observations of staff performance and providing performance feedback. Developing and implementing program data collection systems, conducting periodic assessments related to program integrity and program outcomes. Participation in ongoing program evaluations for quality control. Periodic data summarization and feedback to staff, administrators and the center leadership team

Educational Requirements and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
Three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism and/or dual diagnosis.
